Created by modder nicklovin99 and available through Nexus Mods, the project gives NPCs persistent personalities, memories and relationships. Characters can develop grudges against Arthur Morgan while gangs fight over territory independently of the player. An October 19, 2026 update even extends the simulation into John Marston's epilogue.
